  Zero stars. Horrible experience! I would never recommend anyone go there. Received scratched and bigger size than the store model bed. The delivery guys assembled the furniture the furniture in the wrong way. I called them in order to have the items replaced or to received a refund and I was denied. Awful customer service. They don't respect the clients and the money that they receive for their overpriced furniture. The quality is very poor and the bed we have brought from there started to make squeaky sounds immediately. Do NOT GO THERE!!!!! The worst furniture I have ever had.

  One day i try to find a relax chair online, i found the IMG chair in walmart website. I really like it and i heard this brand has excellent reputation in quality and comfortability. But that cost almost $3000 after tax. Then i go to furniture store to ask if they do have this model, no one has it until i met BUONA FURNITURE. They try their best to find out the brand and become one of the dealer. Then they sold me the relax chair in only $2000. I really appreciate their effort and sincerity. What Buona told me is whatever i found in the market, they can get it for me. I really think this is amazing service.

  Terrible experience!! Bought a sofa set 4 month ago, and they sent me a incomplete sofa set. They told me the missing piece will arrive in 1 month. After 1 month they told me the factory is closed, i cant' get my sofa anymore. after discuss, we order new set. Now it's delay again, and they still told me maybe will arrive end of this month, maybe not. It's not acceptable. Terrible company!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

  I had bought a bed and mattress from Buona. The provided excellent service. The most impressive on me is the price. The sealy mattress i bought is the same quality as what i browse in Costco. But they offer me a better price. I cant imagine someone can beat Costco. And also the delivery and assembling is excellent. 2 workers bring all the stuff to assemble and last for 2 hours. Elsewhere like Leon or Brick, at least cost me $300 dollars. And now, Buona just need $80.

  Very friendly showroom staff at Buona who dealt with special circumstances/needs well. Delivery team very understanding and made arrangements to suit what we needed exactly. Very impressed with the quality of the furniture once it arrived - bang on time. We have already recommended to friends & family who have since used the same store.
