  The room had a bad smell. The bed smelled of someone else's feet. The front desk staff asked me many times how many people were staying in the room and did not trust my answer that it was only me. There are lots of hotel options. This one I would recommend to avoid. If you check my history of reviews you will notice I have only left positive reviews in the past.

  This place was amazing. The amenities were plenty and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were here for a hockey tournament and the kids played basketball, ping pong,sqash and went swimming. Lots of great places to eat in the area. Parking difficult our front but I found the free under ground parking garage. I would recommend this hotel to others.

  Stayed there for a hockey tournament. Staff were awesome. While a bit dated the rooms and common areas were clean and in good repair. This is attached another hotel brand that offers the higher value amenities like a lounge, Starbucks and restaurant. That elevated my review honestly

  Valentines dinner at the Crave. My wife and I had the most amazing dinner for valentines she had the salmon and I had the steak. From the start we felt like it was going to be special. the servers and everyone involved made this dinner very special for us we had a drink at the bar before and at the bar we were made to feel special thank you bartender. When we decided to sit for dinner, Our dinner service was exceptional each plate was presented to us and explained everything we would be eating frompresentation to not wanting for anything made this a very special dinner and we will be booking for next year.

  We stayed at the Best Western. Clean rooms, great accommodation ask around. Amazing staff. The also surprised my girls with a night time snack. Cookies and milk. Thank you so much. Will be back:)
